Join us for an intimate morning at the LoveSteady Studio, designed for moms to slow down and move together.
Enjoy a gentle 40-minute mommy & me movement session focused on core rehabilitation, mindful breath-work, and restorative stretching. After class, enjoy light bites, meaningful moments of connection, and a special LoveSteady gift valued at $50. We recommend baby-wearing, or keeping a safe spot for your little one on your mat.
