What should I bring to class?

Simply bring your stroller or baby carrier, a water bottle, a yoga mat, and anything else you need to keep you and your little comfortable (toddler snacks and toys are a must have) and we’ll provide the rest!

Can I come with multiple children?

Absolutely! You're welcome to bring multiple children. We’re always happy to accommodate you and your little ones with open arms!

Can I come to class if I’m pregnant?

Yes! Classes are taught by pre and postnatal certified instructors, who can always offer progressions and regressions to match your stage of motherhood.

What if I’m late?

We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes early to give you and your little time to get comfortable. However, latecomers are always welcome. We understand life as a mom can be unpredictable!
