Join any of our classes at any motherhood stage. Whether you’re coming solo, expecting, or bringing your baby or toddler along. Little ones are ALWAYS welcome, whether they’re in a carrier, stroller, or right beside you on the mat.
Every class is thoughtfully designed to support you through pregnancy and beyond, led by certified pre- and postnatal fitness professionals. You can move with confidence knowing each session prioritizes safety, strength, and real-life motherhood.
Barre
Experience 45 minutes of low-impact, ballet-inspired movement. Use weights, strengthen your core, and finish with a stretch + cool down. This class can be taken with your little one in a stroller, baby carrier, or on a yoga mat right by your side. All props will be provided.
Mat Pilates
Strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance your posture with this dynamic 45-minute Pilates session. This class combines small, controlled movements to tone muscles, increase stability, and promote full-body alignment. Your little one is welcome to join in a stroller, baby carrier, or on the mat with you! All props will be provided.
